How to Fix Minecraft Lag and Increase FPS

Hi, Here my system specification
2 GB RAM
Nvidea GT 610 Graphics card
Core 2 Duo processor

Currently i am running minecraft 1.8 version.
My Minecraft game video setting are always Default.
The problem is some times frame rate drops to 4 fps and lag in game play.
The best solution i found was Minecraft Tweaker. This application install some mods like OptiFine, Forge etc with best settings. Installation process is very easy. And create new profile. Your previous saved games will be there.
After Minecraft Tweaker my Frame rates always more than 22 and No lag.

But Frame rate of game drops.
Without record frame rate: 50-60 fps
With Recording frame rate: 15-30 fps
If your system have more graphics card or RAM it will be good to use.
MSI Afterburner video settings (2GB for 25Min Good Quality)

Finally : I installed Minecraft Tweaker to improve minecraft frame rate then Used D3DGear to record Minecraft game. Now even after frame rate drops but no lag while playing game so now i am using D3DGear to record my Minecraft Game play .  
Note : This is not End to this post there will be update if i find best
